Spinning for Beginners

In this workshop participants will be introduced to both wool preparation and spinning techniques. The wool preparation will include hand carding, drum carding and using a dog comb. How to spin straight from the fleece and the differences between fleeces will also be explored. Then there will be ample time for participants to practice preparing fleece and spinning with guidance on hand.
