By popular demand Christina Chisholm will run a repeat of October’s workshop:

This workshop will concentrate on spinning a consistent worsted yarn, of measured diameter and twists per inch (therefore repeatable), suitable for handweaving (both warp and weft). We will experiment with different fibres, and the day will include a demonstration on the loom of hints and tips for weaving with handspun yarns. Participants need to be able to spin to a basic standard – not suitable for beginners. Participants will need to bring their wheel, and a list of suitable fibre options will be sent prior to the workshop.
