Krokbragd Weaving with Kathry​n Kusa

Type of loom: 4 shaft preferably, but rigid heddle can be used (with two heddles or use of a leash stick and pick up stick)
Level: Intermediate
Up to 12 places. Venue: Strathpeffer Community Centre.

This will be an opportunity to try this versatile weft-faced structure which has varied pattern and colour possibilities.
Krokbragd is a simple three shaft weaving structure that has lots of scope for experimenting with pattern and colour, and also makes good use of wool yarns. Kathryn will design a sampler draft and instructions so that looms can be warped prior to the start of the workshop, but she is also happy to help those who need support with those steps on the day.
