Martin Conlan writes to invite us to the World Textile Day Scotland, Bridge of Allan, Sat June 17th 2017
Our latest World Textile Day Scotland will be held in Bridge of Allan, on Sat 17th June. This year’s theme is colour, and we have FREE admission to our exhibition of woven, printed and embroidered textiles from around the world. 10 am – 4.30 pm.
11 am presentation. Martin Conlan – textile trader, collector and traveller. Indigo: The Magical Blue in Chinese Tribal Textiles.
2 pm Show & Tell. Bring and discuss your own world textile with one of our world textile experts. Plus: a short talk.
£3 per session or £5 for both, tickets at the door.
